General
Sheridan Educational Services specialises in the supply of official educational books and materials. By placing an order with us, customers agree to comply with our store policies, terms, and conditions.
Pricing & Invoicing

All prices are quoted in Euros (€).

A pro forma invoice is issued for every order, detailing titles, quantities, pricing, and applicable deposits.

Final invoices are issued upon completion of payment.
Payments

For large orders (over €5,000), a 2/3 deposit is required.

The remaining balance must be settled before delivery or collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders are confirmed only once payment is received.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed with the publisher or supplier.

Changes requested after order submission are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Deposits are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the publisher.
Delivery & Acceptance

Customers must inspect deliveries within five (5) working days.

Any discrepancies, shortages, or defects must be reported in writing within this period.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the goods.
Ownership of Goods

All books remain the property of Sheridan Educational Services until full payment has been received.
Data Protection

Customer information is used solely for order processing, invoicing, and communication.

Data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is not shared unnecessarily.
Governing Law
-
All transactions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus.
