Shipping Policy
Sheridan Educational Services is committed to supplying educational books in a timely and reliable manner.
Order Processing

Orders should be placed at least 40 days in advance to allow sufficient time for ordering, shipping, and delivery.

For guaranteed availability and minimal risk of delays, we strongly recommend placing orders at least 60 days in advance.

For large orders (total value over €5,000), a two-thirds (2/3) deposit is required before the order is processed.

Orders are processed only after payment is received and confirmed in our bank account.

Shipping times may vary due to availability, printing schedules, customs clearance, or international logistics.
Shipping Delays

Sheridan Educational Services is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, manufacturers, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a title is unavailable or delayed due to stock or printing issues, customers will be informed promptly and provided with an updated estimated delivery date.
Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to accommodate returns where possible, under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within fifteen (15) working days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Returns may not exceed 10% of the original order value, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of order confirmation.

Tailored or non-standard orders, including titles ordered specifically for a customer and not part of our regular stock, are not eligible for return.

Shipping and handling costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
All return requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Sheridan Educational Services before items are returned.
